In the words of Taylor Swift…”it’s been a long time coming!”
I’m so excited to share more from Stephenie and James’ wedding! I did their first round of engagement photos back in 2018 when they first got engaged, a second session in 2021 at Nichols Arboretum, and then finally, their wedding day! Our journey together has been so much fun, and I loved getting to know these two better and being able to capture so many moments for them.
Located in a tranquil Michigan countryside setting, The Pine Tree Barn was an absolutely beautiful setting for a summer wedding. The rustic yet elegant barn created a cozy and romantic atmosphere. It was a scene straight out of a fairytale! I really loved photographing at this venue, and there were so many fun and versatile areas around the grounds for photos.
One of my favorite parts of their wedding day was the Ice Cream “paddy wagon” from Cops and Robbers Ice Cream that arrived for a sweet treat moment during the reception. It was such a fun and unique experience for guests and was perfect during such a hot summer day!
Stephenie and James, I cannot thank you both enough for allowing me to be a part of not only 1 but 2 engagement sessions AND your wedding day! I feel so honored to have captured so many special moments of your lives, and wish you both the very best!
