Karlene + Eric | University of Michigan Engagement
This University of Michigan engagement session was a long time coming, and it was well worth the wait! From family emergencies to COVID, this session got rescheduled a couple of times. Finally, being able to capture these photos for Karlene and Eric was just so exciting and meaningful. It was my first session back, and man, did it feel awesome to finally get behind the camera again!
There was no rain or clouds in sight, and the sun was setting, so we got some really amazing sunset glow! I really love shooting at the University of Michigan’s campus! During Karlene and Eric’s session, we talked about location, and they chose U of M because it’s meaningful and plays an important role in their relationship. I think choosing a location that is special is so much more important than choosing somewhere that is “trendy”. I can make practically any location work, and you don’t need an extravagant backdrop to get amazing photos!
